Pittsburgh, Pa. –
The Vault Records, an artist-centric indie record label, announces the signing of Pittsburgh-based rockers Royal Honey.

Formed in 2018, Royal Honey is a debaucherous crew that fills iron city’s need for dirty, blues soaked, sweat and grind rock-n-roll. Their sound has been described as part New York Dolls, part Guns N Roses with Thin Lizzy guitars and a bit grit and attitude for good measure.

Royal Honey brings together some of the best talent and experience in the rust belt. Its veteran members Angelo Amantea (Addicts, Ultimatics, Science Fiction Idols, The Cheats, Cosmosonics, Dirthy Charms) – Drums, Bobby Collins (Dirty Charms, Lize, Muscle of Love)- Vocals, Greg Damjanovic (Rainstation Zero, Gas Tiger) – Bass, Dave Musick (Gas Tiger, Kill Bossa) – Guitar, and Eric Rodger (Child of Fire, Deuce) – Guitar, have been playing the local scene for years in legendary clubs like The Decade, Graffiti, The Electric Banana, and Someplace Else.

“We are excited to add Royal Honey to The Vault Records family,” says Owner and President, Bob McCutcheon. “They deliver that hard-nosed, blue-collar attitude that embodies the heart of the steel town working class. We are looking forward to the release of their new album in the spring of 2020.”

Royal Honey released Hype, Money And Misbehavior in June 2019, and have played regionally with countless national rock, blues, and punk acts.

Established in 2017, The Vault Records is an artist-centric indie record label that plays a key role in the support of the artistic community and local recording artists.
